They are fantastic, the quality of the card stock, the the index card, the detailed information on the cards, the color coding to make it easy to identify the seasons. Even the containment box is high quality. I can’t fully express how pleased I am and I can’t wait to start using them. A great value!
I bought these on a whim hoping they would travel well and they do! The winter cards most recently came with me from the East Coast to Valley of Fire, Death Valley, and Joshua Tree for a stargazing/camping/backpacking trip. Space and weight was at a premium with all of my gear and telescope. These tucked right into my pack with my star map and added next to no weight. Next time I will throw them in a waterproof bag though!
Was awesome to be able to leave behind the cards I didn’t need/wasn’t intending on looking for this trip, to save some space.
Just swapped the winter cards out for spring and can’t wait for some clear skies!
This was a gift for my boyfriend. He loves it!
These cards are really nice, on thick paper and moisture resistant. Lots of information on each object which you don't normally find except by using Google or Siri at the telescope, and then your night vision is destroyed. These are perfect for use with a dim red light. I love them.
I expect to use them during public star parties with the San Diego Astronomy Association. (SDAA).
These cards are fantastic. The information and pictures are very helpful in locating deep space objects and knowing what to expect when viewing visually through a telescope. They are perfect for determining targets for an evening and for outreach.
There seems to be a bit of an assumption amongst some folk that these are for kids. All I can say is that if they are, I'm definitely a big kid!
They are robust, well printed, well laid out and contain a lot of information and useful images. I bought the Messier set, and they were just what I wanted, in fact, they exceeded my expectations in both content and quality.

These are great. Really well put together kit. High quality printing, packaging and information. I already ordered Constellation cards. I am an outreach coordinator for my astronomy club and will be highly recommending these to our members.

Beautiful and so informative! A great aid to my budding telescope and astrophotography hobby!
I used these to help track which Messier objects I had observed during a recent observing session with my C11 scope. Also, I let my fiance use them to help locate the brighter ones with her 4.25 in. Palomar Jr. Reflector telescope. They have lots of great information. My one criticism though is they are susceptible to dew and tend to stick together when wet. Also, the card stock for M13 started to peel apart when I tried to separate them. So if you use them during an observing session make sure you keep them in their box when you're not using them. I laid my planned targets for the night out on a table and that was what happened. Other than that I enjoyed them and for the most part they held up well under a typical summer observing session with dew formation from the night temperature drop.

We’ve tested the cards in the field ourselves, though likely in different weather conditions and with shorter exposure times, so we appreciate you sharing how dew affected them during your session and providing valuable advice for fellow stargazers. To echo your observation, while the cards have a protective coating, they are still made of cardstock and not fully waterproof, so moisture can cause them to stick together if left out. It’s a tricky balance to make them more resistant while keeping them practical for field use, so we recommend keeping them in their box or under cover when not in use during damp conditions.

Great ides. However with low vision, they are hard to read. Maybe a large type version.

These are AWESOME! I got these for the church youth group. They have sports equipment and arcade games, why not something to stimulate their curious minds without playing another video game.
I'll probably purchase another before too long.
