Free Standard Shipping Within the U.S.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States (all 50 states).

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
  • We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for most deliveries.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Expedited Shipping Options

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • Choosing an Express or Expedited shipping option prioritizes your order for faster processing, but delivery time is not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays (e.g., weather, high shipping volume).
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or refund shipping fees due to delays outside of our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, but shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Our prices do not include VAT, GST, customs duties, or other country-specific taxes.
  • International shipments are sold under FOB (Free on Board) destination terms, meaning customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees in their country.
  • If you are required to pay customs fees, you will receive an email from your local customs office requesting payment before your order can be processed for final delivery.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot mark orders as gifts or declare lower values for customs purposes.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

Our fulfillment center will be closed on the following U.S. federal holidays, and orders will be processed the next business day:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking number has not been updated for 15 days, please contact us at support@ExploreCosmicShards.com, and we will assist you in locating your package.

Stolen Packages

  • Cosmic Shards is not responsible for stolen packages. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier and recipient to ensure accurate delivery to a secure location.
  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but has not arrived, please wait a few days, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before actual arrival.
